Do you have an annual plan?
Yes, we have an annual plan with a discount.
How does billing work?
You can have unlimited projects in your account, but you will be charged individually per project. Example: You can have three projects in your account, one in the paid plan and two in the free plan.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit cards available in the market as visa and MasterCard.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer 14 free trial days, and because of this we don't provide refunds.
I am a Nonprofit. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to a Nonprofit organizations. Please contact us for more information.
Can I handle multiple projects with one account?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of projects you can manage in one account. Projects are organized according to an organization and plans are charged per project. This makes it easy to manage multiple projects that your organization owns in Changelogfy.
What happens if I decide to cancel?
You can upgrade, downgrade to another plan, or cancel at any time in your settings panel. Once canceled, you will no longer be charged.
VAT is included in plan prices?
VAT is not included in our plan prices. As most Changelogfy customers are businesses, they do not owe VAT and thus we charge the advertised flat price. VAT is still due for consumers and may be applied on all plan prices (ie. non-business entities).
