Access the NPS module

Click on "New NPS"

Enter a name for your campaign

Now let's fill in your campaign

Enter an internal control name and a brief description

We have a default question already inserted, or you can modify and translate it into your language. The maximum and minimum response ranges are pre-filled, but you can also adjust.

Next, you can enable the user response justification field. If needed, you can adjust the question.

On the thank you page, you can also adjust text as per your requirements and language

We have next and back buttons, in case you need to adjust the text and language

Now, let's configure when your campaign will be sent and at what frequency this sending will occur

You can disable some of the following devices if you don't want your campaign to be displayed

To make your campaign live, click on the following button - Live

Now it's time to adjust the design of your NPS. Here, you can adjust the background, button color, text color, and layout

Let's configure the delivery method. There are three options:

1 ) In-App Survey
Survey logged-in users of a web application (SaaS, Marketplace, Fintech, etc.) while they are using the product.

Survey Pages
Share personalized links with your audience and collect survey responses on a dedicated survey page.

Embed Survey
Embed a survey into a page of your web application and make it blend with the surrounding content.

Track the preview of your NPS throughout the setup

After completing this step, don't forget to save your campaign

Once the campaign is active, you'll be able to track your NPS score and responses in a few days
