How Email notifications works

How customize my portal with JavaScript and CSS

When you create a NEW CHANGELOG, on the let side of page has some options to you check.
Click on option Notify Email and one text will appers.

So, a notification will send automatic to email of each user as signed to receive email notifications. Like:

Note: Will only send a update notification and not the release note posted in your changelog.
